2. Place Your Request

• Online:  Click on the bottle you’re interested in and press "Add to List." Fill out the form with your details
• By Email or Phone: Feel free to contact us with your request, and we will respond promptly.

Gift Options: Make your wine purchases even more special with our gift services. We offer elegant gift packaging and the option to include a personalized message, perfect for celebrations, special occasions, or simply sharing your love of rare wines with someone special. Simply select the "Gift Option" at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. Confirm Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. We confirm your request in less than 24h and will send you the payment details.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via bank transfer, credit card or crypto.
• Order Confirmation: Once payment is received, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

• Free Shipping in Europe: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all European orders over 250€. For orders under 250€, shipping costs will be calculated and included in the confirmation email.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your shipment.
• Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured, and in case of loss or damage, we’ll replace or refund your order.
